The GTI developed a disturbing pop and rattle in the floor pan / underneath the dashboard that occurred under braking and when making sharp turns. Kevin Hartley accompanied me on several test drives to understand the nature of the problem. He diagnosed and resolved this very nuanced problem with my chassis subframe and now my GTI is rock-solid thanks to his persistence and expertise. Rafael provided excellent customer relations in supporting me with a loaned vehicle and keeping me up to date on the work.
