Excellent Team and Great Inventory to Select From Our intent was to shop for a certified pre-owned VW Tiguan for our daughter at the dealership. Other contenders were Honda CRV and Kia Sportage. Our intent was to shop for a certified pre-owned VW Tiguan for our daughter at the dealership. Other contenders were Honda CRV and Kia Sportage. Met by Luke, he reviewed the inventory and brought over the Tiguans and their Carfax sheets in the price range I was specifying. After, looking them over, my daughter test drove a 2015 VW Tiguan SE. Luke explained vehicle features. Because my daughter wanted to be on her first car purchase, she wanted to see a Kia Sportage. While one was not this Jim Ellis dealership, he pointed out that she should look at Jim Ellis Kia dealership around tbe corner. In the end after reviewing a Honda CRV and a Kia Sportage, she choose the Tiguan she test drove. While I was working with Mustafa on the financing, Luke got the Tiguan prepped and explain the complete operation of all options to my daughter and wife. He explained the inspection performed and warranty. He showed the service area and lounge for times when the car will in for service. In the business office, Mustafa provided good explanations for financing options. He provided additional information about the warranty and the parts specifications if warranty repairs are required. Everybody was polite and courteous. I recommend this dealership to others. Pricing, inventory are very good. The sales team works with you to select your requirements for a vehicle and without the hard sell. More

Luke communicated consistently with me and even stayed after hours on the day of my purchase to ensure that the vehicle was to my standard. The following day, I had a minor issue with my car's window and took it back to the dealership and got it fixed the very same day. While waiting, I was issued a loaner vehicle, so that I would not be inconvenienced. Jim Ellis Volkswagen Kennesaw is the definition of exceptional customer service and have exceeded my expectations.
