Several years ago I decided to buy another brand of car, and was not satisfied. Last weekend I went to Jim Ellis VW and met Gem. He was very kind and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. My experience at Jim Ellis VW was very positive. Gem made the car buying experience less stressful than ever before. After all the papers had been signed and all the business had been conducted, Gem spent about 30 minutes going over all of the features in my new car with me. He even helped me set up my phone and helped me practice making a hands-free call (to the back seat where my husband was sitting). Today he phoned me to make sure everything was okay and assured me that if I had any questions, to just give him a call. One of the things I like about Jim Ellis VW is the service department. They are quick and efficient and have such a nice waiting area. There is coffee, water, quiet seating and snacks. You can even plug in and get a little work done. I am so excited about my new car!
