Right from the start she greeted us, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all of the VW products, and was able to get us a low price on a 2018 Atlas which met all of our needs. The dealership is beautiful, it even has its own theater to wait for service and sales. Come in and ask for Amanda, she went out of her way to help us including coming in on her day off, truly an impressive experience and wonderful sales and finance team. Kevin was extremly knowledgeable about the financing and was able to work with our credit dings and still give us a top notch price. More

Fantastic Car Buying Experience I drive from Acworth to Atlanta very day for work. So I listen to WSB talk radio every day for up to the minute traffic information. So I have heard multiple Jim Ellis commercials since I moved up here 4 years ago and I had told my son that I wanted to make sure that we checked out at least one Jim Ellis dealership. We started the morning on the other end of Barrett Parkway working our way toward Jim Ellis Volkswagen. Of all of the dealerships we went to that day -the Jim Ellis team far out shined all in offerings and your sales team. Jose came out and met us in the lot. He asked us a few questions and listened to our answers. The first car he brought up for me to look at was perfect and ended up being the car I bought. He explained all of the features of the car we were looking at and the incentive package. Jose is a great guy - he put up with my adult son trash talking sports and "free gifts" all with a smile on his face. He is a good guy and a great asset to Jim Ellis. Curtis Wilson was fantastic at explaining all of the warranty information and paperwork involved in finalizing the deal. I did not get the chance to meet up with Curtis when we came back the following day as he was busy with another client but he did followup on the following weekday to make sure that I had everything I needed. This has been one of the best and most enjoyable car purchases I have made in my 63 years. Thank you both for making this great. More
