The waiting lounge/rooms was very inviting and the showroom itself was very clean and bright. The buying process was straight forward but the paperwork took a long time to get through. Quick and they listen I went in with some pretty specific numbers that worked for my budget and not only did they meet my numbers they were able to get me even better finan I went in with some pretty specific numbers that worked for my budget and not only did they meet my numbers they were able to get me even better financing than the pre-approved that I came in with and rather than try to shave that off the discount they were providing they passed that along to the numbers they had already beat. I was really expecting it to be a short visit but they listened, acted and we "got the deal done" and went home the same day with my new car. Have dealt with the Jim Ellis auto group with my Audi and my experience today shows that was not an isolated "great" dealership but that it is a culture at all Jim Ellis dealers. More

Don't leave your car when you getting servic done. I went to get a basic oil change on my car. I also wanted them to check to see why my check engine light was on. They said they were going to do a dia I went to get a basic oil change on my car. I also wanted them to check to see why my check engine light was on. They said they were going to do a diagnostic test on my car. So I told them to call me to let me know what was wrong before doing any work. They called me to inform me that my computer system in my car need to be updated and they quoted me a price. I told they guy on the phone that I don't want any work done and I was coming back to get my car. I lived across the street. Once I got back they did the work I asked them not to do and charge me three times what I was going to pay. I asked to speak with the guy I talked to over the phone they said he wasn't there nor did he relay the message of me not wanting anything done to my car.... They will NEVER SEE ME AGAIN.... More
