I think this is a beautiful dealership and think all the people are nice. That said, I was disappointed in my trip there as I was told I had to fix a sensor and that it was a 4-5 hour repair, with 95% of th people are nice. That said, I was disappointed in my trip there as I was told I had to fix a sensor and that it was a 4-5 hour repair, with 95% of the cost going to labor. It was done in less than 2 hours but I was still charged for 4 hours of labor. When I ask if it taking half the time meant half the labor costs, I was told that's not how it works and that this was more of a fixed price for the repair. I would definitely ask more detailed questions around price transparency as I do feel like I overpaid. More
