JIM ELLIS VW IS AMAZING, DO NOT BOTHER WITH ANYONE ELSE!!! I was having an issue finding a VW Atlas in the configuration I wanted because all dealerships have limited stock due to supply chain issu ELSE!!! Before working with Jim Ellis I talked to two other dealers in GA and both were terrible. One only seemed to care about closing a deal and treated me as a less than qualified buyer and told me all the things I could not have and the other could not be bothered to look in their system to see what was available that was not already on the lot. I even inquired with dealers in Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida but each time the car was sold or not in stock. Then I came across Dealer Rater and found Jim Ellis. All the positive comments I read about them were true including the feedback on my sales person Cem Baydemir, he was amazing. I reached out to Cem online and he got back to me right away. We went back and forth via text and he offered me several options but the first few were not getting me what I wanted. Unlike others, he listened to me and said he would work to get me what I wanted. It took just a couple days and Cem did it. He found exactly what I was looking for and when it arrived on the lot he sent me a video and toured the car for me. Once I said I would take it, he got to work on all the paperwork for me. I was already pre-approved, so Cem got to work on prepping all the paperwork before I got there. When I arrived I finally got a chance to meet Cem in person and he could not have been a better guy. It did not stop there. As Cem handed me off to the finance manager Chris Phillips, things continued to run very smoothly. The whole team at Jim Ellis were amazing. Unlike some other places I stopped into with staff that seemed disengaged and dismissive, the vibe at Jim Ellis was very different. People were not only busy and working but were also happy and engaging. When you sit in a showroom filling out paperwork, you have time to watch people and I can't think of one time I saw an unhappy face. I'm a VW fan so my next one will come from here too but when it comes time to buy another car in our family, we will only buy from Jim Ellis.
