Jim Ellis service department is top notch. Took my car in for an intermittent windshield wiper issue, I was concerned that they say I was crazy that everything was ok, but to my surprise they Took my car in for an intermittent windshield wiper issue, I was concerned that they say I was crazy that everything was ok, but to my surprise they were able to reproduce the issue, fix the fault switch and control module and have my vehicle back to me within a day. Went for routine service and it turned into a nightmare. Claimed my one year old car shut down during service and wouldn’t restart and then lost my car in the lot and couldn’t find it, then found it and dro Claimed my one year old car shut down during service and wouldn’t restart and then lost my car in the lot and couldn’t find it, then found it and drove it up despite claiming it would start. & never called me to tell me anything was wrong or that it was ready even though it had been 5 hours so I showed up to ask if it was ready and got all this mess. Took an hour and a half to pick up my car and nothing was wrong with it and I was told it was an inexperienced tech that screwed up. I almost left the lot with a loaner for no reason! Disaster! More
