Bought a new car yesterday and realized I was tricked into purchasing an extended warranty for the vehicle. I read over the terms of the extended warranty which state you can cancel and the warranty will into purchasing an extended warranty for the vehicle. I read over the terms of the extended warranty which state you can cancel and the warranty will be prorated. I contacted the dealership today and they are stating that the warranty can not be refunded unless I refinance at 15% interest rate. We are a military family and have never received this poor customer service. After doing my research I will be contacting the attorney general, better business bureau and my family attorney on Monday morning. Be very careful here and listen carefully and read over everything before you sign. Ask many questions and don’t feel guilty for doing so. More
