Problem with what I said the issue with the car was I had a problem with the comments on my receipt. When I came in, I said that when you open the doors the car made loud clicking noises. When I had the I had a problem with the comments on my receipt. When I came in, I said that when you open the doors the car made loud clicking noises. When I had the same problem in May, you supposedly fixed it. However on the receipt it said I brought the car in for heating and AC problems. I never once mentioned anything about the heating or AC and I have a problem with this misinformation. I didn’t have any problems with them and both were working fine. I didn’t notice this problem on my receipt until after I had gotten home and got ready to put it in my glove compartment. More

Great buying experience with Mr Wright. Unfortunately the car I wanted to see was already sold, it’s okay I didn’t reserve it. Luckily they had the same exact car with 20,000 less miles and was a Sedan instead of coupe which I like more. After bargaining I ended up with an amazing deal for my first car purchase of my own. They worked with me and found a backer who would offer the rates I was looking for. 10/10 experience. Got in, got the car I wanted and was processed in a couple hours. More

I was a Capital Chevrolet customer and when Stivers took over I stayed as a customer because Nikki Silveira stayed as a customer service Department employee. This past July I had my A/C compressor replaced at Stivers Chevrolet. With the help of Vanessa Matthews my car was ready for pickup the very next morning. Last week I had my car at Stivers Chevrolet for a Catalytic Converter replacement. It took 10 days to complete the work and $300.00 car rental fee.
