Continued issues Previous bad experience went from bad to worse. They incorrectly install running board / steps on my vehicle, and did not place the removed guards Previous bad experience went from bad to worse. They incorrectly install running board / steps on my vehicle, and did not place the removed guards in the vehicle as requested. Due to the running boards being incorrectly installed a bolt fell out in transit. Return to have them address the item, which they replaced the both and placed the old guards in the bed. I had to follow up and request the hardware that would install the previous guards. They put the same hardware kit they took the bolt from in the vehicle, leaving me with an incomplete kit. What exactly am I supposed to do with an incomplete hardware kit for the previous guards? Even after speaking with the service manager I have yet to receive any call back follow up with how they are going to address my disappointment with the disappointing service received on more than one visit now over the same issue. More

Frustrating Service advisor was great. He took the time to get the problem fixed quickly. A maintenance Guy , Left drips of oil on my Fender. Oily hand prints o Service advisor was great. Rocker panel rock guard uninstall with side step install I recently purchased a Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 Dusk Edition and needed side step bars rather than the equipped rock guards that were installed on the v I recently purchased a Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 Dusk Edition and needed side step bars rather than the equipped rock guards that were installed on the vehicle. So I ordered the side steps and scheduled them to be installed. I requested the removed parts be placed in the bed of the vehicle once removed. Once I was notified the vehicle was ready for pick up a visited the service department, paid my bill and picked up the vehicle. I drove the vehicle approximately 35 miles home at which point after I pulled into my driveway and stepped onto the side steps exiting my vehicle. The steps made a clanking noise and three bolts dropped out under my vehicle. Upon climbing under the vehicle I discovered the 3 bolts had fallen from the recently installed sidesteps and none of the other bolts had been properly installed / tightened. While reinstalling the 3 bolts and tightening the remaining bolts I also discovered I must have lost at least one other bolt and retainer clip during the transit to my house. I then checked the bed and also discovered the removed parts had not been placed in the bed of the vehicle as requested. Not only was the install not done satisfactory, it was extremely unsafe. I am extremely unhappy with the level of service I received for the product and price I paid. More

Better than I expected!! Came in looking for a pre-owned truck. I’ve always been a Ford man and never owned a Chevy so I decided to see what the top 5 makes had to offer. I Came in looking for a pre-owned truck. I’ve always been a Ford man and never owned a Chevy so I decided to see what the top 5 makes had to offer. I have to admit, the new body style, it’s tits! Mean looking, stylish, rugged. Then I test drove a 2019. QUIET! Watch your speed! I was doing 85 before I new it. We finished the test ride I saw the sticker price and knew it was not possible with my budget. WRONG! They worked with me and got me a better APR than USAA had approved me for!! 1.5% better! Long story short, I was able to surprise my wife with a brand new 2019 Silverado Custom 5.3L 4x4 with the extended warranty, interior coverage, etc for just what I was hoping to pay per month.
