Mediocre, to say the least I bought my last car here in 2012 and the sales/service has gone drastically down hill since then. Not 1 employee has customer service training, tact, I bought my last car here in 2012 and the sales/service has gone drastically down hill since then. Not 1 employee has customer service training, tact, or people skills. I took my car here for routine maintenance and had to bring it back 4 days later after being stranded with my daughter because it ran out of "clean oil." I took it back and everyone pointed fingers at one another, playing the blame game about why I waited for my car for 2.5 hours and they didn't do ANYTHING to it!!! More

Disappointed The customer service here is great that isn't a problem, however there was only one person working the desk at the service center and we had to wait i The customer service here is great that isn't a problem, however there was only one person working the desk at the service center and we had to wait in line for awhile. The other thing is I requested a loaner vehicle, due to the fact that I have 4 children at home. I did this through the online appointment scheduler and had assumed that because I made the appointment a week in advance that this wouldn't be a problem and I thought someone would have called me and let me know they were out of loaners so I could arrange a ride back home. I also live in Irmo and the shuttle wouldn't take me home. So I ended up waiting! Then after my car was ready I had to run it through the wash myself before I left. This was my first time using the service center and I drive 45 minutes to get there simply because I like to stay loyal to the dealership that I bought my car from. A manager from this dealership needs to fix these issues or I won't be back. More
