The first time I took my car to the service center, I had a positive customer service experience overall. However they did not really listen to the core problems I was having with my vehicle. After leaving 3 hours later, I drove away and the problem occurred again, went right back and spent another 2 hours and another 100 dollars. The issue was fixed for approximately 2 weeks then all of the issues arose again. I took my car back, left it with them and they provided me a loaner, they never called me with any updates and I had to periodically call them & waited 3 weeks to get my car back. The day I picked it up, I was told “sorry we can’t figure it out, have a nice day” and handed my keys over with a giant crack across the windshield that I am now having to replace. I was expecting a much better experience but unfortunately it was not. I interacted with a variety of people at this service center but I can’t remember most of their names. More

Poor customer service Service writers are lazy except Nikki. She gets dumped on. I have pictures of service writers on their phones while I waited in line to get help. I went to schedule service the other day and they also pointed to Nikki. She goes at full speed while the others play on their phones. I took pics of that. Tell Nikki Cruze Crash customer she does a great job. Yes, last year they also crashed my Cruise while in for service. Ask her about her Crash Cruze customer. She will know who I am. More

Mr. Duncan was very interested to our requests and even showed us a brand new model in our price range but unfortunately wasnt comfortable enough... During the test drives is what really set Mr. Duncan apart from his peers by displaying the confidence and knowledge of everything on the interior and exterior of the vehicles explaining any questions we had. During the whole process Mr. Duncan was very respectful of our budget and the vehicles we wanted in the budget. We didnt feel pressured into any vehicle we didnt want. I will come back for any future purchases. More

Vanessa Matthews, made sure I was taken care of in the service of my vehicle, in making sure I did not have to wait long hours there on my vehicle, she asked did I want to remain or get a courtesy ride home, I chose the latter.
