No explanation given only offered to sale me a $9700.00 motor. All my services have been done there and the service manager didn’t have enough respect for me to take my call or return it. My car only has 69929 miles and I believe something done there caused it. More

A absolute Ripoff Brought my 2012 Acadia in because there was some hesitation and shaking when climbing hills. The service center contacted me and stated that it was t Brought my 2012 Acadia in because there was some hesitation and shaking when climbing hills. The service center contacted me and stated that it was the fuel filter and a broken engine bracket to the tune of $2000. They also gave us a list of about another $4000 worth of work but stated that that could wait. Well, upon picking up my car ( after they kept it 4 days) it drove WORSE then before. I returned the vehicle because they DID not fix the problem. They provided me with a car to drive and stated they would take care of it. Well, after not hearing from them for a WEEK and a half, I called them to see the what was going on with my vehicle. They asked me to come and test drive the vehicle to see if it was still doing the same thing. Really?!! What kind of incompetence is this?? I went back up and test drove the vehicle and it still drove horribly. This time the tech informed me I needed a new transmission !!What??Why was this not something that was found on the very first diagnostic? Transmission would be one of the major systems of the vehicle and based on my complaint, it would seem that it would be the first items they checked. AND guess what they had the audacity to charge me $109.72 for a part they replaced WITHOUT calling for my consent. So now I am $2000 in on a problem and have a vehicle that drives worse then it did when I first started. Honestly, if they had told me the transmission issue at First, I would have just traded the vehicle in.. this has been the absolute worst experience and the lack of communication and basic knowledge of vehicles baffles me. I will be telling everyone I know and am so frustrated because now I have a vehicle that I have to figure out next steps because I have NO MONEY for down payment. I sunk it into repairs that made my car worse. So STIVERS, what can you do to rectify this ?? More
