A absolute Ripoff Brought my 2012 Acadia in because there was some hesitation and shaking when climbing hills. The service center contacted me and stated that it was the fuel filter and a broken engine bracket to the tune of $2000. They also gave us a list of about another $4000 worth of work but stated that that could wait. Well, upon picking up my car ( after they kept it 4 days) it drove WORSE then before. I returned the vehicle because they DID not fix the problem. They provided me with a car to drive and stated they would take care of it. Well, after not hearing from them for a WEEK and a half, I called them to see the what was going on with my vehicle. They asked me to come and test drive the vehicle to see if it was still doing the same thing. Really?!! What kind of incompetence is this?? I went back up and test drove the vehicle and it still drove horribly. This time the tech informed me I needed a new transmission !!What??Why was this not something that was found on the very first diagnostic? Transmission would be one of the major systems of the vehicle and based on my complaint, it would seem that it would be the first items they checked. AND guess what they had the audacity to charge me $109.72 for a part they replaced WITHOUT calling for my consent. So now I am $2000 in on a problem and have a vehicle that drives worse then it did when I first started. Honestly, if they had told me the transmission issue at First, I would have just traded the vehicle in.. this has been the absolute worst experience and the lack of communication and basic knowledge of vehicles baffles me. I will be telling everyone I know and am so frustrated because now I have a vehicle that I have to figure out next steps because I have NO MONEY for down payment. I sunk it into repairs that made my car worse. So STIVERS, what can you do to rectify this ?? More

Finance and Management bad, sales team great Finance department took 5 hours before ever talking to us and then told us oh well I can’t beat the rate you already have with your bank offer. Chris Finance department took 5 hours before ever talking to us and then told us oh well I can’t beat the rate you already have with your bank offer. Chris the manager was horrible. He just kept telling us no he couldn’t lower the price by the 250.00 dollars we asked for. Like wow we are giving you almost 30k and he said he is losing too much money. Do I care about your paycheck? Not my problem. Ricky the salesman was outstanding and did everything he could to see to our comfort while his coworkers failed us. Funny, sweet, understanding guy. We had to come back a second day and saw Ed and he made sure not to waste any of our time and apologized for the behavior of the others the day before. If it wasn’t for Ricky being so kind we would have left. More

Fifth time getting a rust inspection Bought a brand new 2018 2500 Silverado HD High Country with 11 miles on it just to find the undercarriage full of rust. Took it back for them to fix it and was told that this is normal wear. Not sure how rust is normal on a vehicle with 11 miles on it. Also, told they will do nothing about it because all there 2500 have rust on them on the lot. There service manager walked me around showing me the rust on the 2500 on their lot like it was normal.
