Poor Customer Service and False Advertising Came into Stivers to purchase a Silverado they had advertised and they would not honor the advertised price because we had no vehicle to trade in. They said it would be $1000 more than the online price. Nowhere in the listing did it say anything about a trade in. They had a bad attitude about the entire deal from that point on. Each person we talked to about the pricing of the vehicle ended up saying we could take it or leave it. To top it off, the person in charge said they could take the truck to auction and get the advertised price any day of the week, really.....then go do that, don't put it on lot for sale! The salesman's attire was totally unprofessional, he was wearing a T-Shirt and baseball cap and appeared disheveled. More

Worst dealership ever! Bought a $60k New truck here and found scratches on the door. Brought it back to be fixed and they used wrong grit to buff out.
