Poor service and unwanted repair Took 24 hrs more for a service job than promised. Had issues after service. Said it was a faulty spark plug. Also upon bringing it in for the bad plug said I needed a new radiator. Said no thanks. Got it towed to another shop and they found no issue except it was over full. More

Slow service-never called me to pick up vehicle. My appointment was at 10am for an oil change. There was only a person there to assist customers, so I patiently waited. I was told upon checking in th My appointment was at 10am for an oil change. There was only a person there to assist customers, so I patiently waited. I was told upon checking in that it would be a little while. That wasn’t an issue since I was dropping it off. The attendant told me that they would call when my vehicle is ready. Well- 4pm comes, and I still had not received a call. I decided to call them and kept reaching the voice mail. I called the receptionist for the dealer ship, who had to go tell them that I was waiting for the status of my oil change. An attendant finally comes to the phone and he says that my car is ready and asked how long it will take me to get there because they were supposed to close up at 4!!! No one bothered to call me! I had to call them! No apologies or greetings were made, no checklist recommendations, discussions, nothing. That is bad business and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this service center. More
