Waited 5 hours for oil change/ fuel injector cleaning On the 22nd of this month I had an 1100 appointment for an oil change and to check out why my engine light had come on..I arrived at 1050. Signed in a On the 22nd of this month I had an 1100 appointment for an oil change and to check out why my engine light had come on..I arrived at 1050. Signed in and waited in customer lounge. After 2 hours I was told that I needed to have my fuel injectors cleaned. I noticed my car was in the parking lot. I told the service staff to go on and do the fuel injector cleaning and went back to the customer lounge. After another 2 hours i went to check on my car..it was still parked in the same spot. I asked to speak to the manager and explained i had been waiting 4 hours on my car. After checking they realized my car hadnt been done The manager apologized and took my car in and took $50 off my bill I finally left with my car at almost 5pm I spent almost 6 hours waiting for oil change and fuel injector cleaning...not good customer service More
Great experience, everyone was nice and the service was fast I had my truck towed there because it wouldn’t start. It got there around 3pm I think, and it was checked and fixed by the end of the day. Also why quote or advertise a price if its not going to be honored, isnt that something you tell or make the consumer aware of prior to giving service? More

Service was very poor and inexcusable!! Came in for a battery was held hostage for 3 hours and never got battery!! Inexcusable!!! No one updated me until I had to go and ask after 2 hrs. Was told a few more minutes, after an hour I asked for my car again found that nothing had been done. Disorganized!! Lack communication and Respect for a customer!!!! More

Not as good as my previous experiences Unfortunately this visit was booked on my Chevrolet app but the reception staff couldn’t see my 0900 reservation for routine oil change The out proc Unfortunately this visit was booked on my Chevrolet app but the reception staff couldn’t see my 0900 reservation for routine oil change The out procedure required 4 forms to sign and seemed to take longer than usual (previous oil changes). Where I was disappointed was the oil and grease smears on my door and hood of 17 Corvette. This should have been QA/QC’d. Lastly my Chevrolet app is not working. Less than desirable experience More
