Your phone system sucks. Calls are unanswered Nikki in service is great. Phone system is terrible. Calls go directly to voicemail on main number. No call to the main number should go to voicemail. Oil change I went in for a oil change. The car was dropped off at 8:30am and we received a phone call at 3:00pm to get the car. We get there at 3:00pm and was to I went in for a oil change. They were short staffed. We waited for 40mins. They gave us s discount for the service. It should not take ALL day for an oil change. What if we were sitting there waiting on the car? More
