Horrible service , and service advisor. My son is a first time car buyer. He made an appointment on-line to bring his car in for a re-call service that was supposed to , and service advisor. My son is a first time car buyer. He made an appointment on-line to bring his car in for a re-call service that was supposed to take 3-4 hours. His appointment was scheduled for 9am. He dropped his car off a little before 9am and was told they would call him when it was ready. At 5pm he had not received a call so he called to see if his car was ready and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. He lives 30 minutes away so he left and headed to Stivers. When he was about 5 minutes away he got a phone call saying his car was not going to be ready until tomorrow at 12noon. He was given the reason, that they were still doing an update on his software which is NOT what he brought his car in for and they hadn’t even attempt to start on the re-call. The next day he gets to Stivers at 12 noon to get his car and he’s told it’s not ready and his service advisor was at lunch so he would need to wait to speak with him to find out the status of his car. They told him in the service dept. that they would have his service advisor come speak with him when he returned which should be in about 30 minutes. He waited an hour and no one ever came so he walked around to the service dept. where he saw his service advisor, Robert Bingham, and asked him what the status of his car was. He had a very unprofessional attitude and acted as if he was bothering him. He offered no explanation as to why it’s been a day and a half and his car is still not ready. He simply said it’s not ready and shrugged off. My son went up front to sales and found his salesman, and told him everything that happened and he agreed that this was highly unacceptable and he went to the service dept. himself to find out what was going on and came right back with answers and the time he should expect his car to be finished. This was a horrible experience and Robert Bingham is a horrible service advisor that lacks customer services skills and common courtesy. My husband and I have purchased several cars from Stivers/Capital Chevrolet and this is why our son chose to purchase his first car here. I am very disappointed in the service he received and the lack of information that his service advisor failed to provide. More

The prices are fair and most of the time the part is already in stock so if they find something it can be fixed that day. More

Service for oil change Service was good, I took the shuttle and the driver took the the other person home first. Praying on ignorance to siphon money out of you, and speaking to the owner is a deleterious experience. Just another problem in his day is what you are, particularly if you don’t have an appointment. Two weeks of waiting, no loaner car. They knew what was wrong with my car from the beginning and pretended as though they were clueless. My car also had a recall, which they didn’t want to take care of and acted as though they never heard of it before. And from the store owners standpoint, he doesn’t care. I guess because he doesn’t make enough money off of that... More
