Holy Smoke! My 2016 Stingray was having some transmission issues. The Mrs. Matthews and the service team were all over it and performed the road test to diagnose My 2016 Stingray was having some transmission issues. The Mrs. Matthews and the service team were all over it and performed the road test to diagnose my issue and the prescribed treatment as recommended by the TB... I had an oil service while the car was there. On may home the car begin release "blue smoke" from the exhaust... This should not be happening. I called Mrs. Matthews from the car and she advised me to bring the car back in. It was 4:50pm on a Friday so I waited until Monday morning. Mrs. Matthews got the car in with a tech, attended to the issue and had me on the road in less than 1/2 an hour. Thank you Strivers! More

Bad service, even worse vehicle It took almost a week for a technician to look at my Chevrolet Equinox so I could find out it needed a timing chain, and when I decided to get the wor It took almost a week for a technician to look at my Chevrolet Equinox so I could find out it needed a timing chain, and when I decided to get the work done, I got a call telling me I needed a new engine. I was going to go ahead and purchase a new car because the new engine was going to be about $7,000. I decided to get a car at a different place with a reputation for making reliable cars. I also didn’t like the fact that after we decided to get a car with Chevrolet at first we were going to roll the loan over from our broken car into a new car loan. When we decided to take the broken car out of the equation and just put money down, the salesman said, “you can’t do that.” This seemed very questionable, and just made us think that they would probably fix our broken car and sell it, after having us put money down and rolling our negative equity loan into the new car loan. So, we ended up going to another car dealership and a better car, with a better deal. I had my broken car towed to my home, but prior to doing this, I was told I owed $500 instead of the $128 diagnostic fee. I spoke to the service people and got it taken care of since I didn’t have any work done; but what if I’d decided to go ahead and pay the $500? More

That was fine but no one called me and told me my car was ready. They say the car cranked every time they tried so no real work was done on my car. Now I’m still having the same problem. I was very disappointed when I found this out. Brought it to the dealership because I just knew they would find the problem even if it cost me a little more. I’m a salesman so I drive my car all day for work and really needed to get this problem taking care of. More

Disappointed Was disappointed as a first time customer paid good money to get a service done to my vehicle and had to turn around the next day to take the car back Was disappointed as a first time customer paid good money to get a service done to my vehicle and had to turn around the next day to take the car back for service for same issue. Repair job that was quoted a 2or 3 hour job took all day until the close of business. No service member called to inform me about the vehicle progress. I was overcharged at the end of the service and never received a refund after service members stated I would. Not sure I like doing business this way. I’m hoping for a much better service the next time if at all. Would like to speak to a service manager about this issue. More
