Don’t check tires! Brought my truck in to have an oil change. Supposed to do a complementary inspection on the truck. I was never told about the FLAT TIRE !! I scheduled my servicing with the intentions of buying a new vehicle. I walked on the lot with my daughter in stroller and not one person approached me and offered assistance, I found two vehicles I was interested but no help. I wouldn’t normally have an issue with no one assisting if everyone is busy with on site customers or on a phone call, but when it seems as though you are on a smoke break or texting it makes it seems as though I was “curb side” qualified. To give the benefit of the doubt, I asked a service representative where the used vehicles were. They did point me in the right direction, and once again I walked out onto the lot and again no help! I even walked back to the front of the dealership only to be met with the same outcome. No assistance...a shame because I am in the market for a new vehicle More
