Will not go beyond the book. I took my vehicle into the service center twice now for the same issue and most recently for an additional as well. Everything is normal operation be I took my vehicle into the service center twice now for the same issue and most recently for an additional as well. Everything is normal operation because the computer system doesn't show an issue. However, the service tech can duplicate the issue. Instead of the service center calling GM for warranty work, now I'm waiting for a response from GM. More
