Lack of Concern for Customer Two of my three problems were not addressed, so I took my car to another local Chevrolet dealership. Also, when I picked up my car, the emergency brake cord was hanging underneath the vehicle and the air was low on the tires (indicated by low pressure warnings on dash). One of the men working on the service desk kindly came out to help me. I returned the next day and spoke to service manager, but he didn't seem too concerned. In fact, he said I contributed to concerns not being addressed due to my description of the car problems. I will not be returning, which is sad since I purchased two previous cars when they were Capital Hyundai & Chevrolet and used their service departments. Stivers has a lot to learn about customer service! More

Had my oil changed there 2 weeks later my engine breaks Had my oil changed and brakes done there, had to bring car back a week later because brakes were still squeaking. No explanation given only offered to sale me a $9700.00 motor. All my services have been done there and the service manager didn’t have enough respect for me to take my call or return it. My car only has 69929 miles and I believe something done there caused it. More
