Inconsistency I always get a different person when I call which is fine. I get that several people work in the service dept., however they should all quote the same I always get a different person when I call which is fine. I get that several people work in the service dept., however they should all quote the same prices for the same repairs. Starting from the cost of my diagnostic testing down to the quote for the work the numbers kept changing. When I called I was quoted a cost of $89 for the test decided not to use them it went to $139. I called by phone told them exactly what was wrong I was told about $460 then got a call back the same issue is now about $780. Yet when I asked him to break the cost down the gentleman gave me what it would cost for the labor and what the part cost and needless to say it didn’t total $780. He told me the rest was miscellaneous. Ummm ....how do you put a price on miscellaneous???? A similar situation happened when I took my sons car there but I gave them the benefit of the doubt...big mistake. More

Took a week to figure out what was wrong with my car! It took them a week for the technician to figure out what the issues were with my 14 chevy Malibu and why it wouldnt start, then told me it would be o It took them a week for the technician to figure out what the issues were with my 14 chevy Malibu and why it wouldnt start, then told me it would be over $1000 to fix! Apparently some wires need to be replaced. They didn't tell me which wires. Then they said the tech cleaned some of the wires and the car was running just fine after telling me off of that. When I picked up my car I was told they couldn't give me an estimate as to how long cleaning the wires would hold up. I expect something like that from a normal mechanic. Not the technician at the Chevy dealership!!! More
Service is Excellent because of Nikki I can always depend on Stivers Chevrolet Service Department to take care of me. Even though I do not require a rush service on my vehicles, I can alwa I can always depend on Stivers Chevrolet Service Department to take care of me. Even though I do not require a rush service on my vehicles, I can always drop off my vehicle & still get it back sooner than expected. I would tell them to take their time but would get a call within 24 hours that they are starting the work on my vehicle. It is very rare to have this kind of quality service from a dealership and I credit all of this to Nikki Silveria. She is the driving force of customer service & satisfaction. To not recognize her for this would honestly be an insult to her exceptional service. She takes care of your customers. I believe Stivers should return the favor. And by the way, she needs to go and train the guys at Stivers Hyundai on basic customer service. Finance & Sales, all the way up to the store manager. They are the polar opposite of Nikki and the team at Chevrolet. I absolutely DREAD going to Hyundai. They are all arrogant and down right horrible people. Ive dealt with many dealerships and they are hands down the WORSE dealership I've ever dealt with in my lifetime. I wish i never purchased a vehicle there. More
