The service manager needs to learn customer service Everyone is great, but the service manager Greg Freeman. He has no customer service ability whatsoever. If a customer is upset with their vehicle you need to make it right, not make things worse. We bought a new truck in November, it had rust. A brand new truck should not already have rust no matter if it is cosmetic. The service manager said it was nothing and refused to do anything about it. We called GM personally, found the bullet that says it needs to be fixed. While on the phone with GM we called the dealership, they were told what needed to be done and an appointment was set up. The truck sat at the dealership because no one knew what to do for a week and a half before an inspector came to look. During this time, no one called us to give us updates. We had to continue to call the dealership to see what was going on. Wednesday comes around, inspector comes. No one calls yet again. We called Thursday, they don't know anything, we call Friday they still don't know anything about the truck. We then go down to th dealership because we refuse to have our truck just sit there for no xxxx reason. Today is Tuesday, the truck is back again for yet another inspector. After talking with Tony, the general sales manager I hope things are handled better. More

Dishonest and Unhelpful My husband brought his truck to this dealership for an oil change, which should’ve been covered under the maintenance plan he purchased at the time he My husband brought his truck to this dealership for an oil change, which should’ve been covered under the maintenance plan he purchased at the time he purchased his vehicle. The elderly silver haired gentleman in the service area tried to pretend as though he couldn’t find any information about my husband’s vehicle under the maintenance plan. My husband purchased his vehicle at a different Chevy dealership in another state, but this is the same maintenance plan run through the same third-party company that pretty much all Chevy dealerships utilize. My husband and I had to do all the legwork of calling the dealership where the vehicle was purchased, and then calling the maintenance plan company, to get the policy number. I mean, the guy was so old it’s possible he might’ve just been having a senior moment, but honestly it felt like he was trying to scam us into paying for an oil change that my husband has already paid for in the maintenance plan. This dealership uses the same maintenance plan and it literally would’ve taken their employee three minutes to get the same information instead of putting it on the customer and creating a situation where it felt like the dealership was being extremely dishonest. It also doesn’t seem like this dealership is very interested in selling any vehicles, which may be a good thing since their lot is very poorly stocked. We’re actually in the market to replace one of our vehicles and we walked around the lot while my husband’s truck was getting the oil changed, and not one sales person asked us if we needed any assistance. Sounds like all areas of this dealership could use a shift in management. Also would it really kill you to vacuum the inside of a vehicle when you perform maintenance? I mean, even Jiffy Lube does that for their $20 oil change. More
