Poor experience I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I arrived 10 minutes prior to the start, trying to be prompt and curious. I was told I could wait or cou I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I arrived 10 minutes prior to the start, trying to be prompt and curious. I was told I could wait or could be given a vehicle. I choose to wait. At no time did the employee express how far behind the service schedule was. After waiting for an hour and a half (and not being given an update) I walked out and spoke with the employee (Vanessa Matthews) who I initially spoke with. She stated that they were very far behind and that it should be done soon. I asked what was the point of having an appointment if they made people wait hours. She stated that they had over booked that day. 45 minutes later (for a total of 2hrs and 15 minutes) I was told my truck was done. All that needed to be done was an oil change, no tire rotation or anything else, just oil and it took over 2 hrs!. I'm not as upset about the time as I am the simple lack of communication. Just tell me it is going to take awhile and you suggest coming back. If a hostess at a restaurant can tell people coming in how long it will take for a table to be ready, why cant a service department tell me how long it will take for me vehicle to be serviced? More

Oil change I called and asked how long would it take for an oil change they said about an hour I then made an appt it took about 2 hours. After an hour and a hal I called and asked how long would it take for an oil change they said about an hour I then made an appt it took about 2 hours. After an hour and a half I asked someone if my car would be done soon he checked and said in 20 min, then about 20 minutes later he came back and said another 5 minutes, when it was time to pay he said because I had to wait so long he would give me the special for $50 instead of $59. Why wouldn’t I have gotten that special anyway? Each time I come there is a different story with the price.... More

Service is not same since name change Scheduled online service and typed in needing an oil change, driver side headlight and difficulty with passenger window. When I arrived, I was told there was no master technician here that day to address window function. When my car was ready I was told everything checked out and was given a copy of the inspection. If everything checked out electronically then why am I still having difficulty opening the passenger window from the driver side button. Now I will have to go back for a third time about the window. Also, later that evening the headlight that i was told was working went out again. I have been having my car serviced here ever since I purchased from here and never had a problem. It seems that the last few times the service is not up to par. More
