Oil change I was told it would be 1 1/2 hrs before they could even start on my car. I was extremely surprised to be out the door 1 hr later. It's been a Constant problem with transmission, rough Shifting into and out of first gear? You act like you never heard of this Problem before! It's been a problem with The Chev. Silverados since 2014 with over 500,000 trucks recalled!! I wished I had known this before I purchased My third Chevy Silverado from that dealership!! Salesman should be required to advise customers of this problem! I have 2 close friends who switched from Chevy trucks to Ford because of this same Problem. The Stiver dealership is very convenient to me But so is the Ford dealership in Lugoff.! Look on the Internet under Chevy Shake and read all about it!
