Joey was friendly and prompt even though the service area was busy. He was able to connect with me easily even though we had never met before and commented on my shoes saying they looked Gucci even though th was busy. Traveling out of state - Jim Hudson Lexus was a life saver! Live in Tennessee and was traveling through South Carolina when my radiator sprung a leak (at almost 200,000 miles). Had my Lexus towed to Jim Judson Live in Tennessee and was traveling through South Carolina when my radiator sprung a leak (at almost 200,000 miles). Had my Lexus towed to Jim Judson dealership late Friday night and they had a new radiator installed by lunch time the next day (Saturday). I am so thankful they worked me into their busy Saturday service scheduled and allowed me to get back on the road. Highly recommend this dealership. Kent More
