"Positive Experience" Up until now all of my visits to the dealership involved scheduled maintenance services. This Lexus dealership is outstanding when it come to this typ Up until now all of my visits to the dealership involved scheduled maintenance services. This Lexus dealership is outstanding when it come to this type of service. However, my most recent visit to the dealership's service department was not for scheduled maintenance. My ES350 had a malfunction in the door locking system. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day using the dealership's website. Upon arrival, Melvin my service adviser, quickly diagnose the problem. Necessary repairs were made as quickly as possible and I was on my way. Efficiency! More
