If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I put down a $2,000 deposit on a car I never received because financing fell through. When I finally pressed for answers, I was told straight up: “the owner doesn’t want to refund your money.” That’s not just bad customer service — that’s theft. I spoke with the GM, who left me on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up, called back, and was told “he’s outside.” I asked for a call back — never got one. I left a message — no response. It’s been two weeks of being ignored. That says everything you need to know about this place. They don’t respect customers, they don’t follow the law, and they clearly have no problem stealing from people. I’ve already filed disputes with my bank, the Attorney General, and the BBB. 🚨 WARNING: Avoid this dealership at all costs. If this is how they treat people during the buying process, imagine what happens after they have your money. More
