Very poor service experience. Poor service experience and apathy towards issue dealer could not fix. Dealer was only interested in replacing parts and charging us for them over an Poor service experience and apathy towards issue dealer could not fix. Dealer was only interested in replacing parts and charging us for them over and over with 'NO GUARANTEES THIS WILL FIX YOUR ISSUE'. 5/5 when purchasing the new car and 0/5 when servicing the same car. Tough to get answers, feels like you are being tricked Recently brought our vehicle in for a recall and wound up leaving worse off then when we dropped it off. It was a constant struggle to get explanation Recently brought our vehicle in for a recall and wound up leaving worse off then when we dropped it off. It was a constant struggle to get explanations on the $2000 of recommendations they proposed and in the end I have to service my vehicle myself or bring it to another dealer. Definitely won’t be back here and even more so would NEVER buy a vehicle from this place. Going back to Toyota for our next vehicle...Too bad, I liked our Infiniti. More

Great Service! I got a flat tire and arrived at the dealership right before closing. Was advised that no one was available to fix it that evening, was given a loaner I got a flat tire and arrived at the dealership right before closing. Was advised that no one was available to fix it that evening, was given a loaner car and picked up my vehicle the next morning as expected! I've always received great service at Infiniti! More
