Oil change Cabin filter replaced, I shouldn’t have had it done, mow my air conditioner fan motor buzzes so who knows what was put back in black and adjusted to m Cabin filter replaced, I shouldn’t have had it done, mow my air conditioner fan motor buzzes so who knows what was put back in black and adjusted to make the noise, this will cause me to come back and sit for another 2 hours to fix the problem. They should probably test fan motor before returning it back to the customer. More

Fast, Efficient and not painful! I took my car Phoebe in for her first oil change since I bought her. I haven’t had a new car ever so going to a dealership for this seemed like it wo I took my car Phoebe in for her first oil change since I bought her. I haven’t had a new car ever so going to a dealership for this seemed like it would be a hassle. I was wrong. I was in and out in 40 minutes. The only thing I miss from getting and oil change other places is the vacuum! I really like getting that done when my oil is changed. I only bring this up because I bought this car and was there until they closed so I still have the plastic on the floor. I was hoping since I bought it there it would be taken care of. More

Bad service We had been getting free oil changes on my car, we were told it was a promotion going on when we bought it. We got a free oil change in February and d We had been getting free oil changes on my car, we were told it was a promotion going on when we bought it. We got a free oil change in February and due to a long road trip, we needed another one in June. My husband called to make sure we werent too early for another free one. The guy looked us up and said we are ok because we get two free ones a year. (We didnt know if it was 2 free a year or every 6 months) My husband brought the car in soon after the phone call. When he got there the guy checked him in and informed him we are not supposed to be getting free oil changes, at all. This is very odd considering it is the first time weve heard this and WE HAD BEEN GETTING FREE OIL CHANGES. How can several workers say we are on the free oil change program but ONE say we are not?? It isnt even like one person had said its free, we had gotten more than one. We will never come back to your service department after this treatment. We are actually in the market for a new vehicle, my husband was going to look around while there. However, after this interaction we will never spend any more money there. More
