He stayed in contact with me through my entire service visit letting me know what is going on with my vehicle. He went above and beyond for me to get my warranty company to approve my work and for that i am VERY greatful. What i am not happy about is the fact that i was charged twice. After i got my vehicle and left i received a call stating i needed to pay an additional $25 after i already paid for the work that was done. He stated that they miss calculated. I feel as if that is not my fault. I paid the $25 but i shouldn’t have had to pay more than what’s i was quoted then on top of that i already left so i definitely shouldn’t have got a call asking me to pay more after i had already left the dealership and had my receipt for my visit. More

Confusing overwhelming Brought my car for simple services including tire rotation and when I left the tire light came on brought it back and was told the censor was out. End Brought my car for simple services including tire rotation and when I left the tire light came on brought it back and was told the censor was out. Ended up coming 3 days in a row to get it fixed when it was fine when I brought it in. Had to refuse to pay and ask them to look up my warranty info which should have the first step if there was a problem. Not sure what happened but it did not until I let them align my front end and mess with my tires More
