They responded rudely with “no correspondence needed you asked for a price and that’s what we gave you.” Awesome customer service guys! Great way to run a potential buyer away! Jim has always been very accommodating, even when I had some difficult customization requests - his input, diligent parts research and infinite patience by Karen (I must have changed my mind 10 times) and their mechanic's expertise made my new mods turn out even better than I'd imagined possible. Their whole staff is great. I saw a leather jacket on their Ebay store marked down from $430 to $180 and when I called to see if they could hold it for me, Jennifer not only held it until I could pick it up so that I didn't have to pay shipping, but she also gave me an extra 10% off the Ebay price for making the purchase in-store! I always feel like I'm appreciated here and I always get a great deal. A+++ dealer! More

Service visit only..BEWARE! Horrible rude experience!!!! I would like to give ZERO stars. Dropped it off and asked to be contacted with estimate of charges before any work is performed (which secretary wrot I would like to give ZERO stars. Dropped it off and asked to be contacted with estimate of charges before any work is performed (which secretary wrote on the paperwork). It was there for 2 weeks and never a call until the vehicle was "ready for pick up"! What?!?!?! We NEVER received a call..then spoke with Service Mgr on phone asking him to detail what he did and what charges were...when we questioned the charges as a little high, the Service Mgr told us we should have serviced it ourselves in our own garage. He was rude and unprofessional. We spoke with Jim Potts on day of pickup, who told us when we dropped off the vehicle and spoke with service mgr that day THAT was our estimate even though a dollar amount was NEVER discussed or labor hours etc. Owner blew up at us and accused us of lying and we were bothering him when he was busy! I was apalled! The owner then yelled again at us to get our vehicle and get out. I have never in my life come across such an UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE,ARROGANT business owner with ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Received NO apology for repairing our vehicle without calling with estimate...NOTHING! Do not take your vehicle here. I wish I read the reviews first. Beware, they only watch out for their own employees and dont care about the customer! More
