Oil changed and when she’ll wiper blades replaced I was a walk in an oil change they were very courteous. They did their job. Sterling Hgts Dodge really failed with customer service. I would gladly recommend Orchard again. I'll be back for sure More
Long wait, not friendly service providers There was documentation that I had an oil change & tire rotation, but no one spoke to me about my vehicle or any recommendations. I was thrown a paper at the end at a cashiers office without a word from the service guy. I was not greeted when I came in. They told me it would be a 45 minute wait and I waited 90 minutes. Overall not pleased with my experience but I got the service done. Not like I got a deal or better price or anything. More
Went in for a fix from FCA, came back with a dented car ! Dealership has no document recording condition of vehicle when it comes into dealership so that customer can audit vehicle condition when service is o Dealership has no document recording condition of vehicle when it comes into dealership so that customer can audit vehicle condition when service is over. Customer service team member claims she remembers seeing scratches 45 days ago, but no document to show or prove it. Left at their mercy and left extremely frustrated. Likely won't come back and have to spend out of pocket to fix for dealer and OEM mistakes. More
Checked in to have oil changed. I checked in to Orchard Place to have my oil changed even though I only had about 5200 miles on the car, which I got new on a lease in August 2018. With hot weather coming on and the length of time I had the car, I wanted to have fresh oil before hot weather set in. I waited in the waiting room, and the oil change was accomplished in a short time - less than an hour. I was very satisfied with the fast service I received. More

Buying was easy enough, but significant problem ignored I purchased a brand new 2019 Ram over the phone & email. The transaction was simple enough and Brett was good to work with on the initial purchase. My I purchased a brand new 2019 Ram over the phone & email. The transaction was simple enough and Brett was good to work with on the initial purchase. My disappointment came the night of the purchase when within the first hundred miles the truck experienced a problem where the transmission was not engaging right away when shifting from park to drive. The result was that the truck lunged forward in a dangerous manner when the transmission finally engaged. The dealership was closed by this point, so I wasn't able to return the truck to the service department right away. I sent a video of the issue to the sales manager whom I had worked with on the purchase and asked him to coordinate with the service department to get truck into the service department ASAP. I never received any response from the sales manager nor the service department. I was able to get the truck into another dealer service department right away, but I was quite disappointed that Orchard never followed up with me. More
