Overall Great Experience My wife and I stopped in without an appointment. We were referred to Mike Mueller by another customer. He was not available when we arrived and spoke to Larry Coates about Grand Cherokees and Rams. He said there was nothing available for the price we wanted to pay. We ended up leaving and going to Sterling Heights Dodge Jeep Ram they had a Ram for the price we wanted but due to a very bad experience with the salesman and manager my wife and I decided to walk away from the deal. My wife did not want to buy a Chrysler product based on that experience. I sent Mike Mueller an email explaining what happened what my wife wanted and the price. Mike quickly found exactly what my wife wanted and for less than the price we were going to pay at Sterling Heights. My wife agreed to meet with Mike and see the vehicle. Mike was very nice, not a pushy salesman, honest and upfront about the price. He found us a better deal than the Sterling Heights dealership. Thanks to Mike my wife changed her mind and purchased a 2019 Ram that she is very happy with. I would highly recommend Mike Mueller to anyone. More

Service was good. I'm just disappointed in the car. Service at the dealership was good. I am just disappointed with the car. We bought it new (2014 Journey Limited) from Orchard. About a year later it was recalled for the navigation system. About a year later the system failed completely and was replaced under warranty. Now about 2 years later it failed again. This time not under warranty. So to me it looks like the fault was not corrected and I am left with an almost $800 repair. More
