Two-hour oil change Came in for an oil change, which took 2 hours! While I was waiting, I looked around the new car salesroom for 10 or 15 minutes since my lease will be Came in for an oil change, which took 2 hours! Real bad experience with my last service. My Wife took her car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Someone really screwed up the oil change by incorrectly installing the oil filter. She le My Wife took her car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Someone really screwed up the oil change by incorrectly installing the oil filter. She left a trail of oil from the Dealer to my home and Back to the Dealership. Shortly after her return I noticed a trail of oil up my driveway and a 3 foot puddle of oil on my garage floor underneath the vehicle. She returned the vehicle immediately to the Dealer. They apologize for their screwup, provided her with an loaner and repair the issue. It took me two plus hours attempting to clean the oil stains and will take additional cleanup. Once the car was repaired they called and left a message, they offered to return the car and cleanup the stains, a little late to clean up the mess! I’m concerned that the engine may have been damaged due to the lost of oil. They washed and cleaned the interior of the vehicle and will provide a free oil change in the future! We appreciate their follow up effort. I’ve used Orchard Chrysler Dealership for many years with no major issues, mistake happen, but how can a Technician incorrectly install an oil filter.? More

Quick and Quality I brought my Corporate Lease in for an Express Oil change and tire rotation. I did have another issue that the Navigation and all controls stopped wor I brought my Corporate Lease in for an Express Oil change and tire rotation. I did have another issue that the Navigation and all controls stopped working. They were able to do a restart and resolve the problem, saving me from bringing the vehicle back another day. More
