Exceptional I inquired about a used vehical from Orchard that I seen listed on Autotrader. Since I could not find anything locally ( I live in the Albany NY area) I inquired about a used vehical from Orchard that I seen listed on Autotrader. Since I could not find anything locally ( I live in the Albany NY area) at a great price and condition and it was still available I decided to buy it site unseen. I talked to Phil Sivalelli ,the salesman I would work with , and he explained everything about the vehical to me. I put a deposit down over the phone and Phil was patient in making sure I had the paperwork needed when I came to do final paperwork when picking up the vehical. When I went to pick up the vehical,it was just ad Phil described. Imaculant , especially for an older vehical. I spent most of te day waiting in the great lounge they have for customers while DMV paperwork and vehicle prep was being done. Being I was there for the day I was able to observe how the customers who brought vehicles in for servicing were treated and all I can say is I was very impressed. The service staff were exceptional in communication with the customers and treating them like they were thier main concern. Every customer had the same treatment. I know if iI brought my vehicle in for servicing ( though I can due to the distance) it would not be " hi and bye" after the sale but the the same customer service would carry over into the service department. Phil always check up to not only with me on paperwork questions but to make sure I was doing ok and also picked me up at the rental car place where I returned the rental car for the drive out. Richard Cook,the used car manager also checked up to let me know the status of the registration at DMV that one of the employees was doing to get an in transit plate for my vehicle. He was very apologetic in it taking do long but I told him not worry but just to be concerned like that impressed me . Another example is while waiting in the lounge,a customer waiting for her can to be service ,had two little kids with her. Though there is an area with toys for kids to play with and they showed no interest in that, an employee brought over two coloring books for the kids to draw/color on. I thought that was a nice gesture. I will seriously say this is the first time buying from a dealership where I truly enjoyed the purchasing process . Phil,Richard and all the employees were just exceptional. If anyone is looking for a new or used car ,save time searching and go to Orchard . They live by the " service after the sale" motto and that is worth its weight in gold. Remember, I was there most of the day and seen most of what goes on and that's why I gave Orchard a five star rating. More
