Great Salesman - Inflexible Dealership I recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger Scat pack from Chris Eagleson. Chris was very attentive and worked through multiple deals and options. Throu I recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger Scat pack from Chris Eagleson. Chris was very attentive and worked through multiple deals and options. Throughout the process, he was incredibly patient in trying to structure the best deal for me. He also secured very good value for my trade in which was 15% higher than any other area dealer. I felt that he was on my side and fighting for my best interests. While Chris jumped through hoops to treat me as a valued customer, he was limited in what he could do price wise. We were unable to get any money off of the sticker price other than a paltry $500 dealer rebate. I felt that although Chris tried his hardest, that the team above him was inflexible and unwilling to negotiate. My experience was bittersweet. I felt that I got the exact car that I wanted and received excellent service from my salesman but that the rest of the dealership didn't go the extra mile. In the end, the attitude of "we don't care if you don't buy it because someone else will" soured my experience. Selling cars is all about building relationships. Orchard sold me a car but didn't create the relationship that would turn me into a repeat customer. I'm not sure I would even return for service, which is where dealerships make their money, other than to get my free oil change. Overall, Chris is amazing. I would buy from him again regardless of what dealership he worked for, but I certainly wouldn't want to deal with anyone else at Orchard. More

First car with car payments I ever bought myself, 42 yrs old and was so excited to not drive money pit crap anymore. 3 weeks in, tons of electrical problems, check engine light came on..traction control says needs servicing. That's 3 weeks of having the car I paid $20,000 for mind you. Was told by them "they don't check that stuff" and "take it to a ford dealership". Do yourself a favor and keep driving past this crooked place, wish I would have. Thanks for the $20,000 nightmare Phil. More

Delays over two weeks, wrong parts ( accident) parts were used, didn't fit, filthy areas. I will always use and recommend Orchard. Deby More

Service Department They have a great sales staff no doubt about that. My car is nearing 8 years, not too many mile and its all fixed up everywhere else. I had a problem in the fall of this year with electrical and could barely make it up to the dealership. Once I got there I was hoping for a little bit of help or confirmation on anything but I received none. I understand that you're busy, and that you have a whole community of customers to deal with but I literally went to another place and got my car fixed in two days. Yet this problem happened again, so I knew it was more than a small fix and something a little bit bigger. Once I got to the dealership I got a yup we don't know how to help you, and no advice they didn't even offer to have it looked at in the shop even if it was a week I had to wait they didn't offer anything. The guy treated me like nothing and that was a horrible feeling as I was in stress and trying to stay calm. So I went to the old place I had my car fixed earlier this year and what do you know, the owner talks to the dealership and they say oh yah we can fix it and he literally said the same things I did. they said they'd have it checked in a few days, it's going to be a week here soon. Again I understand that it's hard to attend to the needs of all the customers, but don't just look away and say you can't help. There sales group is great, the Service staff not so much. Just try and be a little more friendly, and not so subtle and rude. More

I came in and had my trade in appraised and when the time came to write up the deal he pulled an old trick salesmen do to trick u into a car u don't want. He claimed the car we spoke about was a patriot (much lower level vehicle) not the Cherokee refered to in my texts. He flat out lied and wasted my time for several weeks. What a horrible salesman. Don't ever plan on buying from Orchard ever again. I will go to Parkway where they treat u like a person and respect you. He is by far the worst car salesman I ever met in my life. Orchard Manager must not be to bright to let this guy lose many many sales for the dealership. More

They were rude for the first moment I talked to them. They wouldn't offer my any free rental even though chysler policy allows a free rental for any vehicle under 12mo. Or 12k miles. Now I have to tow it to another dealer just to get a loaner car. Complete xx. The truck barely made it to the second oil change and it's my problem. 7 month of driving and paying for a vehicle to breakdown on the freeway... you would think they would want to keep customers but I guess not. More
