Excellent service, as expected. Reason for the visit was light front end collision damage to my wife's 2018 Jeep Compass. Randy was pleasant to work with, and communicated well. Needed a new hood, grille, and front fascia, and the car was in and out in 4 days once the parts arrived. Panel fits and metallic gray (Granite) paint match is excellent. My wife is a "car" person, not an SUV person, but she chose the Jeep Compass (to replace her 2016 Chrysler 200C) over buying a Chevy Malibu down the street solely because Orchard has always treated us right, from Tom in the showroom to Jake in the Service drive to Randy in the Body Shop (I guess they call it the Collision Center these days). We would recommend Orchard to anyone. More
