Saved me a lot of money! I took my car in after having a bad experience at a quick change place. The previous tech had tightened a bolt too much during an oil change and a pa I took my car in after having a bad experience at a quick change place. The previous tech had tightened a bolt too much during an oil change and a part was going to be broken (around the oil filter). There was nothing to do but have it fixed and replace the part. Tyler, in the service department, helped so much. He was able to snag a loaner vehicle for me so I could pick up my kids while they worked on my van. They were not only fast with the fix, they were able to put a few techs on the job and were able to get the bolt loosened without breaking anything. Their willingness to work on the issue and not just do a quick fix saved me 550 dollars. I would definitely recommend them for other things! More
