Dropped car off on Monday afternoon for Tuesday morning appointment car was done a few compared to other dealerships I have taken cars to in the past. Dropped car off on Monday afternoon for Tuesday morning appointment car was done a few hours after dropping it off got my car back the same day! More

Routine service Oil change and tire rotation performed. Found nail in tire and was told it was not fixable. Put spare on vehicle and wanted to sell me new tire $25 mo Oil change and tire rotation performed. Found nail in tire and was told it was not fixable. Put spare on vehicle and wanted to sell me new tire $25 more than other tire retailers. Purchased new tire online and brought to discount tire. They fixed the unfixable tire. I now have a tire I did not need to purchase. The service dept at Orchard even charged me to fix the hole in my tire they couldn’t fix. Discount tire did not charge me at all. More
