Horrible, the service guy made me wait 1 hour and a few minutes, after seeing my vehicle just sitting waiting for paperwork for a hour, I was very upset that I the service guy made me wait 1 hour and a few minutes, after seeing my vehicle just sitting waiting for paperwork for a hour, I was very upset that I was sitting waiting for one guy to bring the paperwork to the cashier, when the other guys were just standing around just talking there were no other customers in the service department. After paying the cashier, I had to grab my keys off the service guys desk because no one was available to give them to me. I work for Chrysler and I get my vehicle service there all the time, but the service was so bad that I will be looking to have my vehicle serviced at another dealership closer to my home. I really did enjoy going to Orchard Dodge/ Chrysler, because the service in the pass was really fast, when Chad was there, but now the guys that were there on 1/2/19. I had never dealt with any of those guys before, but they were not friendly at all. More

Not happy Upon arrival to the service department, I was not properly greeted (in fact, I cannot tell you who I talked to that day because I was never introduced Upon arrival to the service department, I was not properly greeted (in fact, I cannot tell you who I talked to that day because I was never introduced). Communication was not as respectful as it should’ve been, especially since I purchased my car from this dealership. I am not an expert in vehicle repair, so I would’ve appreciated more detail/explanations on what things mean. I was talked down to and ultimately rushed out without feeling confident on what needs to be done. My oil change and headlight were fine, but additional next steps on repairs were not clear so I took my car to another dealership for service. More

Recall and front end alignment Eric did a great job, but you need more help in that area.
