Went in for oil change without an appointment day after thanksgiving, so service was short staffed and i did have to wait 2 1/2 hours, but the service guy was very nice and did explain what was going on. thanksgiving, so service was short staffed and i did have to wait 2 1/2 hours, but the service guy was very nice and did explain what was going on.
