Very good experience. This was my first time having my truck serviced by a Jeep/Chrysler/Ram dealer. Other dealers were telling me ridiculous wait times, but even when just driving up Jim Riehl's service truck serviced by a Jeep/Chrysler/Ram dealer. Other dealers were telling me ridiculous wait times, but even when just driving up Jim Riehl's service department could take me right away. They completed an oil change, filled low washer fluid, rotated my wheels/tires, and completed a full vehicle inspection. Wait for service to be complete not long at all. Lounge area was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I will return to Jim Riehl's for future service. More
