I received exactly what I expected. All of the tasks were performed correctly within a reasonable amount of time. My vehicle was returned in the same clean condition compared to when I dropped it off. My service adviser, Neal, was cordial, professional and thorough; he answered all of my questions. This dealership has one of the best setups for receiving service on one's vehicle: drive-in area out of the weather for write-up; the write-up area is clean and uncluttered. They have service advisers who are knowledgeable, professional and cordial. They have a person with clean clothes and hands who drives your vehicle to where it has to go for the service. They have a nicely-appointed waiting area complete with tables and chairs so I can do some PC work (I wish they had a 120 volt receptacle at each table so I can save my PC battery). More
