When they saw it was going to take a little longer to fix my car, I was notified immediately and I appreciated that notification. When I picked up my car, I didn't have to wait because several team members worked together to ensure that my car was ready, washed, and waiting when I arrived. Great customer service! More

Recall Repair Handled Professionally and Efficient.y I got a voicemail from Russ Cusumano that my recall part was in. I called back, and I was able to set up an appointment for the next day before work I got a voicemail from Russ Cusumano that my recall part was in. I called back, and I was able to set up an appointment for the next day before work (!). I was able to wait while the repair was done and enjoyed complimentary coffee and popcorn (!). I've been a Riehl's customer since 2003 and plan to get my next vehicle from them--hopefully next year. More

Service Visit I went to get my radio checked out because it was turning on for 3 minutes and then turns off for 20 seconds and repeats the cycle. Although I had to wait 2 hours for them to check out the issue, I was happy to find that they knew what the problem was, ordered a new radio, and said it will be there within a week. I haven't gotten the finished product yet, but they told me more than what was told to me when I took my car to the dealership where I originally purchased my car. I just hope they keep up on their end of the deal. More
