Megan was our service rep. Excellent communication, responsiveness and knowledge of the situation. Unfortunately, we needed a headlamp replaced when the led failed. Very poor maintainability by Ford as what should have been a simple repair became an expensive ordeal. NOT the fault in any way of Friendly Ford or Megan. The only other irritation was the surcharge for using a credit card. This is NOT ok, when repairs are increasingly expensive (over $3000 in this case). I tried using my debit card, but of course the bank flags it as a fraudulent charge (due to the size) and denied the payment. So I was forced to use a credit card and is cost me an additional $90. FIND ANOTHER WAY! More

It was a recall from the ford manufacturer. Apparently the information they sent them to get into the whatever wasn't right?So I took it there , left it 42 hours and went and picked it up.
