After a recent visit to another local Kia dealer, I was a bit discouraged and even considered purchasing a competitors brand. I decided to request info from three local dealers the next morning via the internet further inquiring of a similar model i was interested in. (Sorrento-LX 4GDI, Black on Black with leather upgrade). Within a couple hours of submitting the inquiry Shane Perkins promptly called me. I discussed my previous days experience and aprehensiveness. After reviewing their inventory and assuring me we could get what I was asking for trade in and right payment with all the options - I visited Carraige Kia that afternoon. The sales rep Chris Stanford was very curtious and gave us the personal attention a potential buyer really deserves. The fact that the sales rep does all the closing paperwork, I thought was great as opposed to going to see a different "finance guy" to re-run numbers, push for extended warranty service, etc. The fact that Kia is willing to swap out cloth for leather on the vehicle presently on the lot was an added bonus. (Small fee - but worth it!) I was really impressed and appreciative of the service, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the dealership and the personal attention - I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a Kia. This dealership is awesome! They have the largest selection of Kia's around. I was able to pick out the SUV I wanted and they shopped around to get me the best interest rate. My husband and I have been comparing crossovers for months and had determined that the Sorento was hands town the best buy. On an off chance we got 3 hours to go out baby free and decided to stop and test drive. Leonard met us at the door and was happy to accommodate our desire knowing we would not purchase that day. Once we got into the car we knew that it was the car for us. The model was a step up from what we had initially considered but Leonard worked some magic to get us a finance rate and price we could not turn down. Needless to say we love our new car and walked out with over an hour to spare for a romantic dinner. This was the most positive buying experiance we have ever had. Eddy even took the time to sync our phones to the bluetooth so we had nothing to worry about once we got home. Team Carriage should be very proud of the experience they create for their customers.
